Confirmation requires one night credit card charge, refundable minus a $35./room service fee for cancellations made within the following periods: prior to 72 hours of arrival or prior to 21 days of arrival for peak season & weekend dates. Please call front desk for any questions regarding peak/off peak clarification.  (Cabin-Style Suites/ $50 processing fee)  Remaining balance due upon arrival with cardholder signatures. Most weekend reservations require a two-night minimum stay and holiday periods have a three night minimum stay. Exceptions may be made per availability, so please call front desk regarding any travel dates of interest. Separate agreements apply to exclusive resort, conference, group and extended stay bookings.
